This notice explains how personal information is handled when you use the AIDVANCE website, complete an assessment, request an email resource or book a conversation.
Who is responsible
Pierpaolo Zara, founder of AIDVANCE, Switzerland, is responsible for the personal information described here.
Until the dedicated AIDVANCE email address is active, privacy questions and requests can be sent through my LinkedIn profile .
What information may be processed
- Basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as internet protocol address, browser, device and request information.
- Information you choose to provide in a Tally assessment, including your answers and any name or contact details requested by the form.
- Your name, email address, time zone and booking details when you arrange a call through Calendly.

Why the information is used
The information is used only where needed to:
- provide the assessment, resource or conversation you requested;
- respond to you and prepare relevant follow-up;
- send email content you chose to receive;
- operate, protect and improve the website and related services;
- meet applicable legal and administrative obligations.
AIDVANCE does not sell your personal information.
Services used
AIDVANCE uses service providers to operate the website and the actions you choose to take. These include OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for site hosting and delivery, Tally for assessments, Calendly for bookings, MailerLite for email resources and communications, and Google Analytics for optional website measurement when you consent.
These providers process information under their own security and data protection arrangements. Depending on the service, information may be processed in Switzerland, the European Economic Area, the United States or another country where the provider operates, with the safeguards required for the transfer.
Analytics and optional cookies
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, general traffic sources, pages viewed and actions such as opening a free resource, exploring a path or selecting a discovery-call link.
The Google tag starts with analytics and advertising consent denied. Before you accept, Google Analytics does not set analytics cookies and receives only limited, cookieless consent and technical signals. Full measurement begins only when you select “Accept analytics”. The information measured may then include device and browser information, approximate location, referring source and interactions with the website. AIDVANCE does not send names, email addresses, assessment answers or form entries to Google Analytics.
Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time using the analytics settings link in the website footer.
Tally, Calendly, MailerLite, LinkedIn and other external pages may use their own technical or preference cookies under their respective notices when you choose to visit or use them.
How long information is kept
Personal information is kept only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, for an ongoing professional relationship, or to meet legal and administrative requirements. It is then deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
Assessments
Assessment results are generated from the answers you provide. They are intended as practical guidance. They do not produce legal or similarly significant decisions about you.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what personal information is held about you and request correction or deletion where applicable. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time through the link included in each email.
To make a privacy request, contact me through my LinkedIn profile . This contact will be replaced by the dedicated AIDVANCE email once it is active.
